<p>A radiation sensitive composition comprising a colorant, an alkali-soluble resin, a polyfunctional monomer and a photopolymerization initiator. The alkali-soluble resin is a copolymer of (b1) at least one first unsaturated compound selected from the group consisting of an unsaturated carboxylic acid, an unsaturated carboxylic anhydride and an unsaturated phenolic compound and at least one second unsaturated compound selected from the group consisting of (b2) an unsaturated compound having an oxetane skeleton and (b3) an unsaturated compound having a tetrahydrofuran skeleton. The radiation sensitive composition is used to form a colored layer.</p> |
