A method for managing an event pavilion are provided to offer customer information of customers entering the event pavilion to each booth in real-time and transmit event information of the booth to a mobile phone of the customers belonging to a selected customer group by selecting the customer group interested in the booth based on the received customer information. A performance pavilion management server, a performer hall terminal installed to a hall related to performers, and a performance sponsor booth terminal are connected through the network. The performance pavilion management server transmits the customer information to the performer hall terminal and the performance sponsor booth terminal through the network when the customer information is obtained. The performer terminal and the performance sponsor booth terminal transmit the customer information to the performance pavilion management server when the customer information is obtained(1010). The performance pavilion management server stores the received customer information to a storage medium by linking with the performer hall terminal and the performance sponsor booth terminal(1020).
