A bone conduction speaker is provided to make the structure lightweight and to simplify a manufacturing process by simple components including a case, a voice coil, a vibrating plate, and a magnet. A bone conduction speaker(100) is composed of a case(110) having a disc-shaped placing plane(111) and fixing units(113) of predetermined thickness formed at both sides of the placing plane and extended outward in the predetermined length; a voice coil(120) placed on the placing plane of the case; a vibrating plate(130) disposed at the upper part of the voice coil and fixed to the fixing units of the case; and a magnet(140) combined to the upper center of the vibrating plate. A pole piece(112) extended upward in the predetermined length to combine with the voice coil is formed in the center of the placing plane of the case.
