A connecting device of an underground cable for a building is provided to prevent the release of a fixing bolt by enabling holding pieces formed in a waterproof cap and vertical projections of a fixing bolt joining unit to be engaged with each other, thereby easily waterproofing and mounting a main body and a cable by a middle connecting unit and a rubber contact unit. A connecting device of an underground cable for a building includes a main body(10), a fixing bolt joining unit(13), a waterproof cap, a middle connecting body(30) and a rubber contact unit(40). The waterproof cap has plural holding pieces to form an insertion groove unit along the circumference of the main body, is fixed to a holding groove by a holding projection projected in the inside of the lower end of the holding pieces, restrains the rotation of the waterproof cap by inserting the holding pieces between vertical projections of the fixing bolt joining unit, and is fixed to the hexagonal groove of a fixing bolt by forming a hexagonal rod in the lower part of the body.
