An electronic dehumidifier having a low-temperature blocking function is provided to supply air of a high temperature exchanging heat in a heat sink of a first heat exchange chamber to a cold sink of a second heat exchange chamber to increase evaporation efficiency of the cold sink, and supply air to the first and second heat exchange chambers by using one fan for a heat exchange chamber. An electronic dehumidifier is defined into a first heat exchange chamber(10) and a second heat exchange chamber(30) by a housing(2). A through-hole(51) is formed at a partition wall(50) formed between the first heat exchange chamber and the second heat exchange chamber. A thermoelectric element(40) is installed to arrange a heat sink(41) in the first heat exchange chamber and a cold sink(42) in the second heat exchange chamber. A fan(11) for a heat exchange chamber is formed in the first heat exchange chamber at a side opposite to the heat sink to introduce air. A temperature sensor(14) is installed around the fan for a heat exchange chamber to measure a temperature of air introduced into the first heat exchange chamber. An air exhaust port(13) is installed to exhaust air. A humidity sensor(24) is installed in the second heat exchange chamber. An air exhaust port(23) is installed in the second heat exchange chamber at a side opposite to the cold sink to exhaust air introduced from the through-hole after exchanging heat by the cold sink. A drain pipe is installed at a lower side to discharge dehumidified water.
