A hot air bathing device using a PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) thermoelectric element is provided to convect the hot air in a closed body by installing the PTC thermoelectric element and a blower fan at the body and to foment feet by piling up fomenting balls on a foot support member. In a hot air bathing device(100) using a PTC thermoelectric element(20), a body(10) has an opened upside, a mounting hole formed at the front side, and a barrier(12) formed inside. The PTC thermoelectric element is installed afloat by a bracket(B) mounted at the inner center of the body about the barrier, to generate heat. A driving motor is installed at the barrier with passing through the mounting hole. A blower fan(30) is installed at a rotary shaft of the driving motor to blow heat generated from the PTC thermoelectric element. A foot support member(40) is installed with floating from the bottom of the body by bending both ends and composed of a protruded sill(41) formed in the center in a longitudinal direction to contain the blower fan and the PTC thermoelectric element; plural heat ejecting holes(42) and plural ceramic hemispheres(43) generating far infrared rays, which are aligned on a horizontal line perpendicular to the protruded sill. A control board(50) is installed at the upper part about the barrier of the body to control heating temperature of the PTC thermoelectric element and the driving motor. A cover(60) for a foot bath and a cover for a hip bath are selectively placed on the upper part about the barrier of the body.
