摘要 Three-dimensional shape measuring system and method using moire and stereo are provided to avoid ambiguity by measuring a three-dimensional shape of a measured object using moire and stereo. A three-dimensional shape measuring system comprises a first reflection unit(40), a second reflection unit(50), a first image formation unit(60) and a second image formation unit(70). The first reflection unit inclined to one side of a work stage(81) generates and irradiates lattice pattern illumination when a measured object(1) is transferred to a measured position by the work stage. The second reflection unit inclined to the other side of the work stage generates and irradiates the lattice pattern illumination to the object positioned in the work stage. The first image formation unit installed between the first and second reflection units photographs a lattice pattern image reflected by irradiating illumination to the object. In addition, the second image formation unit installed in the other side of the first image formation unit photographs a lattice pattern image reflected by irradiating illumination to the object.
