A ceiling facility is provided to simplify the structure of the ceiling facility by connecting an M-bar to a hanger, and to reduce number of machine part such as carrying channel by producing the M-bar. A ceiling facility comprises anchor bolts(30) fixed to the ceiling, a hanger(20), and an M-bar(10) assembled to a lower portion of the hanger(20). The anchor bolts are coupled with an upper portion of the hanger through upper and lower nuts. The hanger includes a body, an upper surface section vertically bent from an upper end of the body and formed with an assembling hole, an assembling section having a protrusion and extending from a lower end of the body, and a finishing section vertically bent from the assembling section. The assembling section and the finishing section are assembled in the M-bar such that the protrusion is locked with a rail slot of the M-bar.
