A SET OF ANTI-HIV-OLIGONUCLEOTIDES AND USE THEREOF FOR PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF AIDES

The invention provides a set of anti-HIV oligonucleotides and a method for use thereof for prevention and treatment of AIDS. Nucleotide sequences are presented as tables of sequences. The invention exceeds prior technologies due to:highly conserved RNA sequences obtained by comparing of all published HIV gene sequences. Double strand RNA sequences derived from sequences are effectively inhibit HIV gene expression. The HIV gene expression is also inhibited by the double strand hairpin RNA transcribed in cells by transfacted with recombinant plasmids which contain DNA sequences encoding RNA sequences. Besides, the HIV gene expression is suppressed in a cell with transcribed dsRNA, corresponding to RNA sequences encoded by recombinant adenovirus-associated virus.
