The invention relates to self-regulating systems for the integrated biological waste water treatment by activated sludge in the suspension state thereof and may be used for the waste waters purification in cottages, country houses, hotel complexes, schools, settlements, sports clubs, public catering establishments.Based on the waste water composition there is preset time intervals of two alternating phases of a device operation. Waste water is fed to a periodically aeration leveling tank with activated sludge and providing its subsequent flowing to an aeration activating reservoir with activated sludge. There provided the flow of the partially purified water with the activated sludge to an aeration tubular well and flowing it to a second settler for its settling. After that the purified water is withdrawn beyond the device and after the working level of waste water in the in activation and leveling tank is lowered, thereafter no water is fed to the tubular well and water is pumped out, so the main pump is transferred into an idle operation. It results in stopping withdrawing the purified water beyond the device thus continuing the process of water purification independently in all reservoirs till the moment of next waste water supply to a leveling tank. The main pump is started and withdraw of the purified water beyond the device is continued. The second phase consists in carrying out the aeration of an equalizing reservoir and the activation reservoir, The second phase comprises switching off aeration in an air tank, and switching over aeration in the activation and leveling tanks and water suspension is pumped out by a recirculating pump from the bottom part of the air tank and a settler of the sludge stabilizer. Simultaneously, during the second phase a secondary settler is cleaned by a biofilm pump-eliminator and aerator for breaking a biofilm. The silt is also settled and displaced to the air tank by an air tank circulating pump. The invention provides to obtain high-quality purified reusable sewage waters and to reduce the energy consumption for treatment intensification. |
