The invention provides a use of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) for the manufacture of a medicament for use in conjunction with controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH) in human patients using follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) or an analogue thereof, for aiding implantation and/or decreasing miscarriage rates in conjunction with COH using FSH and also a pharmaceutical composition comprising CON, wherein CON, or an analogue thereof, is administered during the follicular phase. |
