An electric air heater using water is provided to increase thermal efficiency and to reduce costs for man maintenance by utilizing water to transmit heat. An electric air heater using water comprises a water tank(10), a heater(20), a circulating pump(30), a heat exchanger(40), a blower(50), an air sucking unit, a hot air outlet(60), and a control unit. The water tank stores water. The heater is configured in the water tank to heat water. The circulating pump, which is connected to the water tank, feeds water in the water tank to the heat exchanger and receives water from the heat exchanger. The blower supplies air to the heat exchanger and is attached to the heat exchanger which sends air to the hot air outlet. The air sucking unit guides air to the heat exchanger. The hot air outlet is connected with the blower to discharge hot air. The control unit controls total amount of water in the circulating pump and blowing air of the blower.
