<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch capable of keeping excellent lubricity for a long period of time without requiring the mounting/dismounting of a starter. <P>SOLUTION: A clutch outer is provided in a divided state into an outer body 10a and a laminated press product 10b. The laminated press product 10b is constituted by piling up a plurality of molding plates 20, and fixed to the inner circumference of the outer body 10a. In each molding plate 20, the outer shape is cut off into a circular shape by a press machine, and the inner shape is punched out into a shape of a cam surface and a spring chamber. In the molding plate 20, 'press sag' is generated at the corner of a shear plane. Since gaps are generated between the 'press sag' generated on each molding plate 20 and a roller 9 by laminating the plurality of molding plates 20 and forming the cam surface, the gaps are utilized as grease reservoirs, to thereby keep excellent lubricity for a long period of time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
