摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool a battery in advance when the temperature rise of the battery is forecast by the condition of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: It judges whether the temperature of a battery 36 is over a specified value or not, and in case of NO, it makes the operation level of a battery cooling fan 38 a usual level (S10 and S22). In case of YES, it judges whether the state of a vehicle is a forced charge state or not, whether the state is a charge amount increased state or not, or whether the state is a charge amount increase forecast state or not (S12, etc.). In case of YES in any one of them, it judges whether the car velocity is over a specified value or not, and whether the volume setting of on-board equipment is over a specified value or not(S18 and S20). In case of YES in S18 or S20, it changes the battery cooling fan 38 from its normal level to a high cooling level (S24).
