摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature compensation circuit capable of accurately executing temperature compensation to a detection signal from a sensor exhibiting complicated temperature dependency, and of executing the temperature compensation without impairing response performance of the sensor. <P>SOLUTION: This temperature compensation circuit includes: a first temperature detection part 11a exhibiting temperature dependency equivalent to that of a physical quantity detection sensor 15, and outputting a voltage corresponding to an environmental temperature; a constant current supply circuit 12 for supplying a constant current to the first temperature detection part 11a; a voltage/current conversion circuit 14 for converting the output voltage from the first temperature detection part 11a to a current; and a second temperature detection part 11b for exhibiting temperature dependency equivalent to the physical quantity detection sensor 15, and outputting a voltage corresponding to the environmental temperature by receiving the current obtained by the conversion of the voltage/current conversion circuit 14.
