<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily generate profiles different in each use and condition. <P>SOLUTION: A system is configured which calculates an evaluation index of sample ink amount data from a color difference evaluation index and an image quality evaluation index and generates a profile on the basis of highly evaluated samples. When predicting the image quality evaluation index, an image quality evaluation index corresponding to arbitrary sample ink amount data is estimated on the basis of a profile generated on the basis of actual evaluation. A plurality of profiles are generated by using different indexes in this system, and a printer driver is configured which performs color conversion using the plurality of profiles.
