<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food having action remarkably ameliorating intestinal flora, and to provide a method for producing the food. <P>SOLUTION: This food such as a fermented milk product is added with whey protein containing anti-Welch bacillus antibody, and contains 1 μg/g or above of the antibody.
