<p>In a method for apportioning enhanced entitlement in a developed property to owners of an existing property, the enhanced entitlement is the sum of the owner's existing entitlement plus an enhanced entitlement portion. A monetary value is calculated per unit area of the developed property allowing each owner to cashout for some or all of the enhanced entitlement area. As a result disputes over development of the property are largely avoided.</p> |
