PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively check a business process.

SOLUTION: This business support method as one embodiment of this invention includes: preparing an information storage part for storing a plurality of process maps determining constraint relating to the execution order of each task in a business process; a plurality of pieces of task check information showing one or more check items about each task in each process map and a plurality of pieces of task time information showing the required time of each task in the process map; inputting execution instruction information to instruct the execution of the business; detecting the process map corresponding to the business shown in the execution instruction information; collecting check information necessary for checking the check items associated with each task in the process map; checking the check items associated with each task to detect a task error; notifying information showing the content of the detected task error.
