PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure high data maintainability without applying a load onto a network and a storage device, in the plurality of storage devices and controllers connected to the network serving as objects. SOLUTION: This information processor communicated with the plurality of data holding devices via the network confirms the presence of operations for the data holding devices for holding one of the second data obtained by redundancy-dividing the first data, compares the number of the operation confirmed data holding devices with the number of the second data required for restoring the first data, and requests the transmission of the second data to the device when the device number is less than a threshold value and the data number or more. The first data are restored from the second data obtained in response to the request, and the first data is thereafter redundancy-divided to be transmitted to the data holding device in a redistributed side.
