PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot simulation device shortening the time for examining the design change of a robot hand in response to changes of an environmental condition around a robot in handling work by the robot, and easily designing the robot hand. SOLUTION: The robot simulation device comprises a case dimension setting means for setting a shape model of a case to a predetermined shape and predetermined dimensions, an interference checking means for checking the interference of a hand with the case and specifying an interference part when taking out a work from an inner wall side of the case by operating a robot, a hand changing means for changing the shape model of the hand so that the hand is not interfered with the case when the interference checking means determines that the hand is interfered with the case, and a product data acquisition means for acquiring the actual product dimension data of the hand from the shape model of the hand changed by the hand changing means.
