PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle steering device, capable of restricting occurrence of overshooting due to delay in counter steering by a driver so as to quickly stabilize the vehicle. SOLUTION: An IFS control computation part 35 is provided with a counter steering determination part 77 as a means to determine whether or not there is counter steering by a driver under OS control. As the counter steering determination part 77 determines that there is counter steering during OS-controlled operation, in case where it is determined that the yaw moment of the vehicle is varied to be stabilized, then correction is carried out to reduce an OS-controlled ACT command valueθos* computed by an OS control computation part 65.
