METHOD OF MANUFACTURING TUBE ROLLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a tube roller capable of attaching a primer to the inner surface of a fluororesin tube efficiently and uniformly. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a tube roller comprises: a process of fitting the fluororesin tube 12 to the inner surface of a cylindrical body 14; a process of injecting the liquefied primer 18 into the fluororesin tube 12 and closing both end surfaces of the fluororesin tube 12 by covering the both end surfaces of the fluororesin tube 12 with cover bodies; a process of rocking the cylindrical body 14 while encapsulating the primer 18 into the fluororesin tube 12; a process of removing the cover bodies and leaving the cylindrical body 14 while erecting the cylindrical body 14; a process of drying the inside of the fluororesin tube 12; a process of fixing the primer 18 to the inner surface of the fluororesin tube 12 by heating the cylindrical body 14; and a process of inserting a core shaft into the cylindrical body 14, injecting and curing rubber between the cylindrical body 14 and the core shaft and, thereafter, performing the secondary vulcanization.
