PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boil off-gas treatment device for a vehicle capable of executing alternately a treatment for releasing boil off-gas in a liquid hydrogen tank to the outside air and a treatment for oxidizing the gas, performing selection properly corresponding to the parking peripheral state of the vehicle, thereby improving safety, and preventing to the utmost reduction of a power storage quantity in a battery used for heating a catalyst for oxidation of boil off-gas and deterioration of the catalyst. SOLUTION: A gas release treatment means 11 releases the boil off-gas to the outside air, and a gas oxidation treatment means 12 introduces the boil off-gas into an emission control device 40 having the catalyst 41 and oxidizes the gas, and an operation selection means 13 operates alternately either of the gas release treatment means 11 and the gas oxidation treatment means 12 corresponding to at least the state of a parking position periphery of the vehicle, when the internal pressure of the liquid hydrogen tank 2 is raised to a prescribed pressure or higher when an engine E is not operated.
