PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a floating oil separation tank which separates inflow drain water into floating oil and water, keeps a water outlet positioned below a floating oil outlet in relation to the specific gravity difference between the floating oil and water to perform all treatments including separation, discharges without using any power, and makes particularly gas-liquid separation and oil discharge in a state where oil moves very slowly cause oil stagnation in every place, solidification of oil in the surface in the form of scum, and oil adhesion to every surrounding. SOLUTION: An oil level raising means 17, 52 is installed which intermittently raises oil in the oil level OL in a state where oil and water are separated by using the specific gravity difference between the oil and water.
