PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment device which does not rotate along the periphery of an object of attachment accompanying adjustment of attachment conditions. SOLUTION: A pulse wave sensor 1 comprises a cylindrical attachment part body 3 which is attached to a finger and an attachment condition-adjusting part 6 which adjusts attachment conditions of the attachment part body 3 for the finger. The attachment condition-adjusting part 6 adjusts the attachment conditions by moving the attachment part body 3 in a direction where it does not rotate along the periphery of the finger.
