PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of a stepfloor of a conventional riding type rice transplanter wherein rain water is accumulated on the stepfloor at the operation in rain, and the rain water and muddy water accumulated thereon bring the danger of easily slipping when a driver moves at the time when supplying seedlings or the like. SOLUTION: The riding type seedling transplanter equipped with a seedling-transplanting part to be lifted and lowered, installed in the rear part of a traveling car body is obtained by protruding a raised part 35 for preventing slip from the outer periphery of the stepfloor 34 of the traveling car body. A preliminary seedling-carrying platform is supported by a supporting frame 38 stood on the stepfloor. The supporting frame 38 is installed in the outer periphery part of the stepfloor 34.
