PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic gear misalignment measuring apparatus for accurately measuring a dynamic gear misalignment. SOLUTION: A component force meter 16K for a driving gear and a component force meter 16H for a driven gear detect a radial moment, a radial load and a thrust load applied to the driving gear 1 and the driven gear 2 by actuating the driving gear 1 and the driven gear 2 built in a transmission case. A main operation section in a personal computer obtains an error in parallelism and an error in skew (the dynamic gear misalignment) based on data detected by the component force meter 16K for the driving gear and the component force meter 16H for a driven gear. The misalignment of the driving gear 1 and the driven gear 2 built in the transmission case can be measured in a state that they are actually operated.
