PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable resin composition which allows formation of an optical functional sheet having a fine pattern and can sufficiently satisfy adhesion with a sheet substrate, mold-release properties with a die, surface hardness of a processed layer, and flexibility/scratch resistance of a sheet, and to provide the optical functional sheet. SOLUTION: The photocurable resin composition comprises a specific urethane (meth)acrylate represented by general formula (4) obtained by reacting a specific organic isocyanate compound which contains at least two isocyanate groups in a molecule and is represented by general formula (1), a specific compound which contains at least three active hydrogens in a molecule and is represented by general formula (2), wherein the specific compound excludes a compound which contains three active hydrogens in a molecule but does not contain a cyclic structure, and a specific (meth)acrylate containing a hydroxy group represented general formula (3).
