PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chloroprene-based polymer composition for an adhesion, which has satisfactory phase-separation stability and excellent contact properties. SOLUTION: This chloroprene-based polymer composition is produced by blending a latex (A): a copolymer latex produced by emulsion-polymerizing 100 parts by mass of chloroprene and 0.1 to 10 parts by mass of an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid with 0.4 to 5.0 parts by mass of at least one compound selected from an alkylbenzene sulfonic acid salt, a polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether sulfonic acid salt and an alkyl diphenyl ether sulfonic acid salt, and a latex (B): a latex of a copolymer produced by copolymerizing a monomer other than an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid, which is copolymerizable with chloroprene, with chloroprene, or a latex of chloroprene individually, in a mixing ratio (converted into a solid content) of 2 to 50/98 to 50 (% by mass).
