PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save time for maintenance by preventing wear and seizure of a first roller, a second roller, and the peripheries of them. SOLUTION: A first supporting shaft 22 is inserted into boss parts 21 formed at both ends of a sliding plate 9 of a refuse loading device. The first roller 10 is installed rotatably on the first supporting shaft 22 and brought into contact with a guide groove member 8. A shaft insertion hole 24 is formed in the perpendicularly crossing direction to the axial direction of the first supporting shaft 2 on the tip side of the first supporting shaft 22. The second supporting shaft 27 is inserted into the shaft insertion hole 24. The second roller 11 is installed rotatably on the second supporting shaft 27, and brought into contact with the guide groove member 8. A gap adjusting means 30 fitting slidably the first supporting shaft 22 in the axial direction to the boss part 21 is installed in the refuse loading device 20. An oiling means 40 for simultaneously oiling the first supporting shaft 22, the second supporting shaft 27, the first roller 10 and the second roller 11 is installed in the refuse loading device 20.
