PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition that has excellent mold releasability, mold pattern reproducibility, high adhesion to base material, high refractive index, high glass transition point and low viscosity. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises (A) a urethane (meth)acrylate as a reaction mixture between an aromatic polyisocyanate (a-1) and a hydroxyl group bearing (meth)acrylate (a-2), (B) o-phenyl-phenol polyethoxy(meth)acrylate, and (C) a photo-polymerization initiator.
