The tool (1) has a cutter (3) and a drill (4), which protrudes a short piece from a front side of the cutter, where the drill and the cutter are coaxial to each other. A diameter of the cutter on the front side is larger than a diameter of the drill. The cutter has a number of cutting edges at its circumference, onto which the drill protrudes, where the drill is inserted into the cutter, and the tool exhibits a slider instead of the cutter.
