摘要 A method for providing advertisement broadcasting optimized according to a viewer in a PVR(Personal Video Recorder) is provided to replay a currently-scheduled advertisement broadcasting by advertisement broadcasting with high popularity by viewers by using a push VOD(Video On Demand) function and an advertisement popularity order calculating function, thereby providing the optimized advertisement broadcasting by viewers and accordingly maximizing advertisement effects. A method for providing advertisement broadcasting optimized according to a viewer in a PVR(Personal Video Recorder) comprises the following steps of: analyzing popularity by viewers for advertisement broadcasting received in the PVR(S202); grasping advertisement broadcasting having high popularity by viewers, and listing a certain number of advertisement broadcastings according to a popularity order(S204,S208); determining whether to replace advertisement broadcasting by advertisement broadcasting corresponding to the popularity at broadcasting time of the advertisement broadcasting during television broadcasting received in the PVR; removing corresponding advertisement broadcasting if popularity of advertisement broadcasting which is scheduled to be currently broadcasted does not exist within the advertisement broadcasting order in which the popularity by viewers is calculated(S210); and replacing the scheduled advertisement broadcasting by the advertisement broadcasting with high popularity among advertisement broadcastings on the popularity order list(S214).
