An IC assembly including an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) and related parts is provided to respond to queries of an RFID reader and perform a function according to a command of the RFID reader by including an RFID antenna and a circuit part responding to the queries of the RFID reader. A circuit part(40) performs at least one function. An RFID tag circuit part(42) generates voltage by processing an RFID signal and generates a responding RFID signal when a request is received. The responding RFID signal includes information for at least one of a device including the IC assembly, the IC assembly, and the function. The antenna(44) provides the RFID signal received from the RFID reader to the RFID tag circuit part and transmits the responding RFID signal. The circuit part includes a transmitter transmitting outbound data, a receiver receiving inbound data, a processing module, a memory, and at least one of a digital and analog circuit. Further, the tansmitter contains a base band processing module and a wireless transmitting part. |
