A balance training device is provided to let a user take exercise continuously by changing a rocking motion of a seat unit variously by changing an engagement timing and continuously changing the inclination around a rotational axial line of a rocking tool. In a balance training device, lift levers(17,18) supporting a support(19) attached with a seat are longitudinally and vertically shaken by a first driving gear(14) having eccentric shafts(14c,14d) of a rocking tool(3). The rocking tool is supported to a holding member(11) to shake around a rotational axial line. A second driving gear(15) driven by the first driving gear horizontally shakes the rocking tool by an eccentric shaft(15b) and an eccentric rod(21). The number of saw teeth of a gear(14b) of the first driving gear and a gear(15a) of the second driving gear is set at the ratio of x:2(1<x<=1.2).
