A developing cartridge and an image forming apparatus including the same are provided to minimize transformation of a frame due to thrust during driving of a photoreceptor, thereby providing stable image quality. A photoconductive drum driving gear(241) is prolonged from a rotary shaft(221) of a photoconductive drum(220). A coupling(245) transfers driving force of a driving unit(240) of a main body to the driving gear. A deaccelerating gear(243) deaccelerates the driving force of the driving unit transferred from the coupling, and transfers the deaccelerated driving force to the driving gear. The driving gear and the deaccelerating gear are prepared so that thrust generated when the two gears are engaged and rotated can be transferred into a photoconductive drum frame(230).
