A conveyance belt with a guide, constructed from a flat belt section and a guide section, where the guide section is projectingly provided on a pulley side surface of the flat belt section, in the longitudinal direction of the flat belt section, and where the flat belt section and the guide section are integrally molded using an elastic material. Because of the construction above, the guide section is not separated from the flat belt section, and high traveling stability and conveyance ability are provided for a long period. Preferably, a core wire or fabric is embedded in the flat belt section, and also preferably, a longitudinal groove is formed in the longitudinal direction in the bottom of the guide section.
