There is provided a shaft bush structure, which transmits sufficient vibration to a chassis, has a long shaft bush life, and has reduced sizes in the radial and shaft directions. A vibration motor is also provided. A shaft bush (10) is formed by performing deformation processing, for example, press working, on a steel sheet. The shaft bush (10) comprises a bush portion (11) having a center coinciding with a rotation shaft center (J1), a housing hollow portion (11c) for housing a thrust plate (20), and a flange (11d) extending in the radial direction from the housing hollow portion (11c). The shaft (30) of a rotational body is inserted into the bush portion (11) of the shaft bush (10) and supported by the bush portion (11) so as to freely rotate. The vibration generated when the rotational body rotates is transmitted from the shaft (30) to the shaft bush (10) and further from the flange (11d) to the outside.
