<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient liquid lens by lowering the reflectivity at a boundary between a first liquid and a second liquid. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid lens (120) includes the first liquid (1), the second liquid (2), and a first layer (13). The second liquid has a refractive index different from that of the first liquid.
