PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber spring device capable of improving durability by preventing local cracking by equalizing internal stress between layers even if the rubber spring device is deformed in a state of multi-freedom. SOLUTION: The thickness of a rubber layer 33m and the like at a rigid end member 36 side is thicker than that of a rubber layer 33a and the like at a rigid end member 35 side. The rubber layer at an intermediate portion of a layered structure 31 is gradually thinned in a stage from the rigid end member 36 side toward the rigid end member 35 side from a thickness at the rigid end member 36 side to a thickness at the rigid end member 35 side. Thus approximately uniform stress is generated in each layer in a low stress state even if the rubber spring device is deformed into an accordion shape, and the cracking in the rubber spring device can be prevented.
