PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately obtain activities of a user while using speech information in addition to location information. SOLUTION: A position information holding section 12 of a transmission apparatus 10 holds information on a position where the transmission apparatus 10 is placed, using an ID or the like. A signal transmitting section 13 transmits time information and the position information using a radio communication mechanism such as radio waves or infrared rays in a required timing. A signal receiving section 21 of a reception apparatus 20 receives a signal from the transmission apparatus 10 and fetches time and position information. A position discriminating section 22 extracts ID information indicative of the position or the like. A time extracting section 23 extracts the time information. A history storage section 25 stores a set of the time information, the position information and a voice detection result as a history. A speech discriminating section 31 of an analysis device 30 determines whether a user is speaking or not based on audio level information, and a history analysis section 32 analyzes the stored history.
