PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of becoming incommunicable because a communication failure occurs between a master unit and a slave unit which are communicating in a network (a) when a different network b having a communication area that overlaps on a communication area of the existing network (a) is provided. SOLUTION: A channel of the slave unit 4 is changed from a previously used channel to a channel being a channel in which radio wave interference does not occur to recover communication between the master unit 1 and the slave unit 4.
