PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep protection function by a protective diode even if any condition occurs where voltage is applied to the protective diode in the reverse direction. SOLUTION: A capacitor 30 is connected in parallel with a protective diode 20 which blocks a thermosensitive diode 10 from excessive application of reverse voltage. Thus, even if any condition occurs where voltage exceeding the breakdown voltage Vz of the protective diode 20 is applied to the protective diode 20 in reverse direction, the voltage is momentarily absorbed by charging to the capacitor 30. Therefore, the application of reverse voltage is suppressed as exceeding the breakdown voltage Vz to the protective diode 20, and a change can be prevented in characteristic or breakage of the protective diode 20.
