PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrestor cover which can be fixed firmly to the arrester and in which invasion of a rod shaped object such as twigs, wires that birds carry for nesting can be prevented completely. SOLUTION: This arrester cover consists of a small diameter cylindrical part 1 that is adhered by a cap body 38 to cover a charging part and a large diameter cylindrical part 2 that is communicated with the small diameter cylindrical part 1 on the same axial line and that is adhered by the arrester main body 36a, one side-fringe parallel to an axis line in the peripheral wall 5 is made to be a hinge part 7, the other side-fringe is cut and separated, the separated part 8 can be opened and closed freely around the hinge part 7, flange pieces 9, 9 are extendedly installed respectively on both sides of the separated part 8, an engaging belt piece 11 aligned with a plurality of engaging claws 10 is protruded and installed at either one of the flange pieces 9, an engaging hole 12 in which the engaging belt piece 11 can be inserted into the other flange piece 9 and engaged with either one of the engaging clawts 10 is opened and installed, and by inserting the engaging belt piece 11 into the engaging hole 12 and by changing the engaging position of the engaging claws 10, spacing of the separated part 8 can be adjusted to be wider or narrower freely.
