PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration propagation inhibiting method wherein waste tires can be used as much as possible for forming a multiple waste tire connected body with a specified length to enable effective treatment of the waste tires and vibration control/vibration prevention effects of the multiple waste tire connected body can be enhanced. SOLUTION: The multiple waste tire connected body 1 formed by stacking a large number of waste tires 2 with notches 3 formed radially from the outer circumference of the tire at appropriate intervals in the circumferential direction and connecting the stacked tires to form a column in a compressed state is buried in a required arrangement in the ground G between a structure 23 or a road 29 exposed to vibration caused by a vehicle 21 traveling and various machines operated and building such as a house 24 installed in the vicinity of it. Propagation of the vibration to the building such as the house 24 can be inhibited by absorbing or reflecting the vibration of the structure 23 or the road 29 by the waste tire connected body 1.
