PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladies' body shape-correcting supplementary garment wearable by simple handling operation, tightening up the breasts of a wearer, covering parts other than the tightened-up parts so as to make their appearance look as if it is uncorrected, supplementing her sloping shoulder or her inferior body so as to make the wearer have a natural body shape, and rationalized in its structure and selective in its material also with respect to production of the garment so as to have stability of supply in terms of time and labor for production. SOLUTION: The ladies' body shape-correcting supplementary garment is produced by the following process: sewing up a face fabric part formed by sewing up a front body part, a back body part and right and left sleeves, and a lining fabric part having strong tensile strength in a horizontal direction to pressurize the breast part of the wearer in a body core direction at a portion near the collar of the sewn-up portions of the front body part of the face fabric part and the right and left sleeves; superposing the lining fabric part on the face fabric part each in a folded back state after completion of respective formation of the face fabric part and the lining fabric part; and sewing up both of the face fabric part and the lining fabric part at a portion near the color of the sewn-up parts of the front body part of the face fabric part and the right and left sleeves.
