PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filler port using a shutter which is easily assembled, surely opened/closed by inserting a feed nozzle, and sufficiently secures a sealing property when closed. SOLUTION: The filler port of this fuel feed pipe opens a guide part opening 321 by downward rotationally turning the shutter 4 by being pushed by the feed nozzle inserted from the filler port opening 22, and, when the feed nozzle is pulled out, upward rotationally turns the shutter to close the guide part opening 321. The filler port using the shutter 4 is so formed that an internal torsion coil spring 5 with a small coil diameter is fitted in a rotational shaft 7 of the shutter 4 provided in the guide part 3, an external torsion coil spring 6 with a large coil diameter is fitted in the internal torsion coil spring 5, the internal torsion coil spring 5 and the external torsion coil spring 6 are mounted on the rotational shaft 7 in a mutually fitted relation, and the internal torsion coil spring 5 and the external torsion coil spring 6 coact to rotationally turn the shutter 4 from the lower part and push it toward the guide part opening 321.
