PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a disadvantage to a game player by the effect of noises to be prevented from occurring. SOLUTION: When a control board is one which performs the initial setting of a resistor when a power source is turned on (at the time of a power-on resetting), not only being inconsistent, but also there is fear that the game cannot be played. However, as mentioned above, a main CPU 200 is surely reset earlier than a serial parameter IF chip 215. Therefore, the main CPU 200 can perform the initial setting again by executing an initial setting program. Thus, even when resetting is applied to the main CPU 200 and the serial parameter IF chip 215 by the effect of noises, the main CPU 200 and the serial parameter IF chip 215 are started in such a manner that the main CPU 200 and the serial parameter IF chip 215 may be always placed under a consistent state between the ICs of the main CPU 200 and the serial parameter IF chip.
