PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device with a sensor capable of preventing the fall of a housing even when a welded part of a cover and the housing is broken by external force or the like. SOLUTION: The bearing device with the sensor has a bearing comprising an inner ring, an outer ring, and rolling elements interposed between both rings. One of the inner ring and outer ring is a rotating ring, and the other is a stationary ring. A multipolar magnet is fixed to the rotating ring, and the stationary ring is provided with a magnetic sensor facing the magnet. The bearing device comprises an electronic circuit board connected to the magnetic sensor, and an adhesive is applied onto the electronic circuit board which is simultaneously bonded to the cover for covering it.
